Prices & Refunds:
All pricing listed on our website is in Australian Dollars (AUD). We endeavour to ensure that all pricing and information listed on our website is current and correct, however we reserve the right to refuse an order and adjust terms and conditions if circumstances occur beyond our control, such as sudden price increases from our suppliers or product unavailability.
Upon payment, if the product/s is on the back order or there are delivery delays, you will be notified with estimated lead time for delivery, you can then decide whether you are happy to wait or would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If you return the product within 7 days of receiving it, we will refund 90% of the price paid (excluding freight). Freight and packaging costs associated with returning the product/s will be customer’s responsibility. the item/s returned must be in the original condition and original packaging (as new).
Some items such as custom orders, software and labour (such as programming) are not refundable.
Warranty differs depending on the product – please check individual items for warranty details. Should a product need to be returned for repair/ replacement under warranty, the cost of freight and packaging is customer’s responsibility.
If the product ordered is in stock, it is usually dispatched within 48 hours from receiving a payment. If the product ordered requires work done eg programming and set up before dispatch, the time frame will be discussed with customer on case by case basis. If the product is on the back order, you will be notified with estimated time of arrival.
We do not accept orders from outside Australia.
