We are a local telecommunications company – AQUATel Advanced Communications, and we know all about what you’re going through. In case we’ve never spoken before, let us tell you a little bit about our company…

We have a unique set of skills, experience, and knowledge in the industry that is quite frankly unmatched by any other company in the area. We have a combined 60 years in the industry and over that time we have pretty much done it all: from network design and installation, fault finding on customer and carrier side, customer service connections through carriers, routers and network equipment for different service providers, customer telephony equipment, headsets, conference systems, cabling, optical fibre, you name it!

Why does this make us different and why is it relevant if all you want is your phones to work? Well – have you found yourself in a situation where you get numerous calls trying to sell lines, phones, internet and everyone’s system is the best (but is it best for YOU)? Or sign up with someone, only to find you have a contractor after contractor turning up in your business, interrupting your services and you have no idea why they are there and what they are doing?

Noel Aynsley started AQUAtel because he saw a need for a local company to look after local businesses. Country areas shouldn’t be limited for options in service and technologies and have installers come from Sydney areas who don’t really understand the local needs. We believe in buying local and if you are a local business, I’m sure you feel the same.
